Industrial strength with a showroom finish.

Make it stand out.

  • Surface Preperation

Clean and Degrease: Remove oil, stains, dirt, or grease.

Grind and Etch the Concrete: Using a floor grinder with diamond grinding head to profile the surface. A rough concrete surface helps the epoxy bond better.

Vacuum Dust: Use a HEPA vacuum to clean throughly. The surface needs to be dry and dust free.

  • Apply Base Epoxy Coat

Mix Epoxy Thoroughly: Follow the manufacturers instructions for mixing the two parts together.

Pour and Spread: Pour the mixed epoxy onto the floor and spread using a squeegee or roller.

Work in Sections: Since epoxy cures fast, work in small, manageable sections.

  • Broadcast Flakes

Throw Flakes into Wet Epoxy: Immediately after applying the epoxy, broadcast the flakes by hand.

Full or Partial Broadcast: Full covers the surface completely and Partial is sprinkled lightly for a speckled look.

Walk with Spiked Shoes: This help you to not disturb the epoxy while walking on it.

  • Wait

Wait to Cure: Let the floor cure according to epoxy specifications. Typically 8-24 hours.

  • Scrape & Vacuum Excess Flakes

Wait to cure: Let the floor cure according to epoxy specs. Typically 8-24 hours.

Scrape the surface: Use a floor scraper or drywall knife to knock down the sharp edges and ensure a smooth surface.

Vacuum Loose Flakes: Thoroughly vacuum all the excess flakes and dust.

  • Apply Clear Topcoat

Mix and Apply Clear Topcoat: This locks in the flakes and protects the floor.

    Roll evenly
